1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING offers book-related services, including but not limited to:

• Ghostwriting
• Editing & Proofreading
• Book Illustrations & Cover Design
• Publishing Assistance
• Marketing & PR for Authors

Services are delivered based on mutual agreement, project scope, and client approval.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Pricing: Service costs are outlined in the Pricing section or as agreed upon in custom packages.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full or based on agreed installments before work begins.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of creative and digital services, all sales are final once work has started. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details, materials, and feedback for their project.
• CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING is not responsible for delays caused by lack of response, missing materials, or incomplete information.
• By submitting content for services, you confirm that you have the right to use, publish, and distribute the material.

5. Revisions & Approvals

• Most services include a set number of revisions, specified in your package. Additional revisions may require extra charges.
• Clients must approve and finalize all work before publishing.

6. Intellectual Property

• Client-Owned Content: Once full payment is made, you own the rights to your book content and illustrations unless otherwise agreed.
• CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING-Owned Content: CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING retains rights to any unpaid or unused designs, drafts, and materials.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All client information and project details are kept confidential.
• CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING does not share or distribute client work without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING is not responsible for any publishing rejections, third-party service issues, or marketing outcomes after delivering services.
• We provide industry best practices but do not guarantee sales, rankings, or specific publishing approvals.

9. Cancellations & Project Delays

• If a project is paused or canceled due to client inaction for 30+ days, additional fees may apply to resume work.
• If CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a partial refund based on work completed.

11. Changes to Terms

CONVERGENT BOOK PUBLISHING reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major updates.
